Delivery time and shipping costs
After you have placed an order, you will receive a confirmation email from us. This includes your order number that you can use to request the status of your order. When your order has been packed and shipped, you will receive another e-mail with more information about your order. To be sure, also check your spam box, because the confirmation e-mail may have ended up there by mistake. Have you not received an e-mail after a working day and have you also checked your spam box? please contact us as soon as possible.
Dokterfeest delivery service
Orders within the Netherlands that are placed with Dokterfeest before 17 p.m. will be delivered the next working day (with the exception of the Wadden Islands because they simply have to be transported by boat, so there is a good chance that the orders will arrive delayed). The orders are delivered safely and quickly by PostNL’s deliverers. Do you spend more than €00 on our webshop? then your order will also be shipped free of charge within the Netherlands.
Discreetly and anonymously packaged
Our products are packaged discreetly and anonymously in unrecognizable packaging so that it is unrecognizable to others. Not everyone needs to know what you order and that is why this is taken into account. The only thing on the outside of the packaging is your delivery address.
Delivery of your orders
To receive your order, you must be at home on the day of delivery. In most cases, if you are not at home, your order will be redelivered a few times (this depends on the carrier). If you are not at home, the delivery person will first try to deliver your order to the neighbors. If for some reason you are not at home after that, your package will be taken to the nearest collection point. In all cases, the delivery person will keep you informed where your package is by means of a note in the mailbox. Dokterfeest guarantees delivery to the collection point, after which you are responsible for collecting the order. In general, deliveries are made daily from Tuesday to Saturday between 08:00 and 18:00. Because we depend on the carrier, we cannot guarantee you exactly what time your order will arrive.
Shipping and shipping costs to different countries
Indoor The Netherlands you can choose between the following delivery options:
- Mailbox package with track and trace where you can track your order
- The cost of this is: €4,75. If your order exceeds €50, your order will be shipped free of charge within the Netherlands.
Indoor Belgium you can choose between the following delivery options:
- Mailbox package with track and trace where you can track your order.
- The cost of this is: €9,95. If your order exceeds €100, your order will be shipped free of charge within Belgium.
